Founder terms of use

Good Productivity Founder is an educational and implementation framework. It helps make business sequence, gaps, and next objectives clearer; it does not guarantee a business result.

Educational use

The content is general business education, not legal, tax, medical, investment, or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for your business decisions, execution, and outcomes.

Assessment and communications

Submitting assessment or contact information gives Good Productivity permission to provide the requested result and related communications under the consent shown at submission. It does not purchase a program or reserve a paid seat.

Accuracy and availability

The framework, scoring, and site may be improved as evidence is collected. Results are educational guidance based on the answers provided. If the assessment service is unavailable, the site will not fabricate a result.

Intellectual property

The 6 Business Breakpoints, site content, and related materials belong to Good Productivity, LLC unless otherwise stated. You may use the framework in your own business, but may not republish or sell the materials as your own system.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse forms, bypass security or rate limits, upload unlawful material, or interfere with other users’ access.
