The site uses necessary browser storage to provide the assessment and private service path. Optional analytics are loaded only after you accept them.

Necessary storage

Necessary browser storage remembers assessment progress, protects private links, supports fraud prevention, and remembers your privacy choice. The assessment may assign a random browser identifier so an unfinished assessment can be resumed and completed reliably. This storage is not used for advertising.

Google Analytics

When you accept analytics, Google Analytics may use first-party cookies such as _ga and related measurement identifiers to report visits, traffic sources, device category, and funnel actions. Advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google signals are disabled in this implementation. Names, email addresses, assessment answers, intake text, and payment-card information are not sent as analytics event properties.

Microsoft Clarity

When you accept analytics, Microsoft Clarity may use cookies such as _clck and _clsk to provide aggregated interaction reports, heatmaps, and session playback. Clarity helps identify confusing layouts and broken interactions. Sensitive form values are not intentionally sent as custom tracking data, and the site does not use Clarity for advertising.

Your choice

You can accept analytics, continue with necessary storage only, or change your choice later. Declining optional analytics does not block the assessment, payment, intake, booking, or delivery of a purchased service.

Other service records

Assessment responses, purchases, intake submissions, booking access, and service delivery records are server-side business records rather than browser analytics cookies. Their handling is described in the privacy notice.
